Inspired by a culinary voyage through Japan and shots of our client's favorite sushi bar in Tokyo, Sakai Sushi sought to bring an authentic, modern Japanese dining experience to Northern Alberta. To set the 2,500 sq. ft space apart, we included wall coverings inspired by traditional, intricate Japanese tattoo art, as well as teak and honey accents that, when combined with clean lines and natural textures, create a calming palette and dining space.
