We partner with our hospitality and corporate clients to learn their business model inside and out; we aim to understand their current state and work, and to determine their goals & objectives. The difference between us and everyone else is we listen.

Our Process
VISUALIZE
We compose a collection of images to communicate and describe form, colour, texture, detailing, functionality, environment and sentiment. From this, a vision directive is articulated and this direction leads the rest of the project.

Our Process
CREATE
We turn your ideas into a tangible space by creating a visual language through free hand sketching and 3D design. We re-examine project constraints and implement creative solutions.

Our Process
COMMUNICATE
We cover all the bases; our design exercise is 80% technical and 20% creative. We produce construction drawings and coordinate consultants in order to realize your design vision. We provide the critical information required to build and fit out the space – always complying to local code.

Our Process
MARKET
We obtain competitive pricing from local, reputable General Contractors for your build out. Great drawings guarantee great prices – always! We are only as good as our last job.

Our Process
DELIVER
Upon completion of construction and final inspection, the space is handed over. Our vision directive is then re-examined to ensure that the original project goals have been met. CKDA’s growth is dependent on our client’s success.
