A minimalist, nature-inspired design that enhances the culinary experience. Gallery-white walls, washed oak beams, and light grey rustic flooring create a bright, open atmosphere, while warm lighting, farm-industrial pendants, and acoustic treatments add ambiance and comfort. A glass-enclosed kitchen offers guests a clear view of the culinary craft, while the private dining room, featuring a fireplace and farm table, provides an intimate, communal setting. 

Overlooking the High Level Bridge and Alberta Legislature grounds, this space continues to thrive as a refined dining destination. CKDESIGN worked closely with chef Scott Downey to bring his vision to life, ensuring the design fully aligns with the restaurant’s Canadian-themed menu.
