The Keg Steakhouse & Bar in Signal Hill is a ground-up development that merges contemporary mid-century modern design with the brand’s signature warmth and hospitality. Designed by CKDESIGN, the space addresses the unique challenge of having no natural light through a custom layered lighting strategy that brings depth, ambiance, and comfort to the interior.

Rich all-walnut millwork provides a refined, timeless backdrop throughout the space, while the 200-seat dining room features a dramatic two-sided fireplace, perimeter booth seating, and plush wool carpeting to enhance acoustics and comfort. The adjacent 100-seat lounge offers a more relaxed yet equally elevated experience, anchored by a walnut and stone peninsula bar, custom lighting, and a striking backlit liquor display. Every material was carefully selected for its durability and aesthetic appeal, ensuring a cohesive, long-lasting design that upholds The Keg’s reputation for quality.
