This minimalist, nature-inspired design thoughtfully enhances the culinary experience with gallery-white walls, washed oak beams, and light grey rustic flooring, creating a bright, airy, and welcoming atmosphere. Warm farm-industrial pendant lighting and acoustic treatments add both ambiance and comfort, making the space inviting and relaxed. A glass-enclosed kitchen allows guests to observe the skill and craftsmanship of the chefs, fostering a deeper connection to the food. The private dining room, complete with a cozy fireplace and a large farmhouse table, offers an intimate and communal setting ideal for special occasions.

Overlooking the iconic High Level Bridge and Alberta Legislature grounds, this restaurant has established itself as a refined dining destination. CKDESIGN collaborated closely with Chef Scott Downey to bring his vision to life, ensuring the interior design complements and elevates the restaurant’s distinctly Canadian-themed menu, creating a harmonious and memorable dining experience.
