We are honored to have collaborated with Sorrentino’s, Edmonton’s oldest and most beloved Italian family food chain, to bring their Stony Plain location to life. This project presented a unique opportunity to create a space that not only reflects a refined, contemporary design aesthetic but also pays heartfelt tribute to the rich traditions and heritage of Italian dining that have made Sorrentino’s a local institution.

Our design approach focused on seamlessly blending timeless elegance with modern hospitality elements to craft an environment that feels both warmly familiar and thoughtfully elevated. From the selection of classic materials and finishes to the incorporation of sophisticated lighting and spatial layouts, every detail was carefully considered to evoke a sense of heritage while embracing the comforts and efficiencies of today’s dining experience.
