A new headquarters for Edmonton’s leading condominium management firm, this space was designed from the inside out to support a team of over 100 staff. Spanning two floors of a newly constructed freestanding building, the 19,000 ft² interior is fully tailored to reflect the company’s culture and operational needs. In close collaboration with the owners, the design team brought their family-driven brand vision to life across two custom floors, each 8,600 ft².

With a strong professional demand for meeting space, a flexible and impactful three-way boardroom was created to accommodate daily use as well as large town hall meetings. Nearby, a 2,000 ft² staff bistro—equipped for commercial-level cuisine—connects seamlessly to a 2,000 ft² rooftop patio, supporting both staff culture and the owners’ commitment to hosting charitable events. The overall design of KDM Management’s head office captures the warmth, leadership, and values of its ownership, blending timeless architectural elements with contemporary finishes throughout two levels of office and event space.
